The Morgan Group is a Manufacturer's Representative specializing in piping and supports, commercial heating, and residential HVAC solutions across Ontario. Our primary mission is to educate the mechanical industry on crucial components to promote proper design, implementation, and installation of the products we represent. We collaborate closely with Engineers, Architects, and Contractors to provide innovative solutions for their building projects. With a dedicated support team, we focus on streamlining building projects to help clients achieve their goals efficiently and effectively.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Territory Sales Manager based in Ottawa, ON, with some flexibility for remote work. Responsibilities include driving sales growth through fostering strong client relationships, managing key customer accounts, and delivering training on product offerings. The role involves developing strategies for market expansion, providing technical advice to clients, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders effectively
- Proven experience in Sales with a focus on achieving growth targets
- Customer service expertise, including understanding client needs and resolving inquiries or concerns efficiently
- Ability to deliver training to clients and team members on products, services, and processes
- Results-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer software
- Experience in the mechanical or HVAC industry is an asset
- Availability for Ottawa ON territory, combined with some remote flexibility
