B2B Field Sales Agent

Job Summary

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our growing B2B sales team as Field Sales Agents. This role involves working directly with business clients in assigned territories to develop new accounts, present solutions, and build long-term professional relationships.

This is a field-based position focused on in-person sales activities.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new B2B clients within assigned territories
  • Conduct in-person meetings with business owners and decision-makers
  • Present products and services to prospective clients
  • Build and maintain ongoing client relationships
  • Manage daily sales activity and territory coverage
  • Track client interactions and performance using CRM tools
  • Work toward weekly and monthly sales targets
  • Participate in training and coaching sessions

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Comfortable in a performance-based compensation structure
  • Professional, reliable, and goal-oriented
  • Sales, retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience is an asset
  • Prior B2B or field sales experience is a plus, but not required
