This role requires proficiency in QuickBooks software and a solid understanding of bookkeeping principles. The Bookkeeper will play a crucial role in supporting the financial health of the organization.
Duties
- Maintain accurate financial records by recording day-to-day financial transactions.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure timely payments and collections.
- Perform account reconciliations, including bank reconciliation and account analysis, to verify accuracy.
- Prepare and process payroll, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Assist in budgeting processes by providing necessary financial data and analysis.
- Generate financial reports to provide insights into the company's financial status.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and support business operations.
- Collaborate with Accountant for year end accounting preparations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role for 5+ years.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks) is essential.
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and practices, including payroll processing.
- Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, account reconciliation, and bank reconciliation.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail for accurate account analysis.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification, Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred; relevant experience will be considered. Join us as we strive for excellence in our financial operations
