Main Job Duties

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to generate leads, penetrate new markets and achieve revenue targets and provide feedback to the internal teams.

  • Identify and cultivate business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic partnerships.

  • Manage the full sales process, including prospects' qualifications, meetings, negotiations, and closing deals.

  • Analyze client and prospects needs and business challenges to create and recommend propositions and solutions that would positively impact their activities.

  • Maintain and grow strong relationships with existing clients, consultants, external professionals, and partners to generate referrals and expand the client base.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop sales strategies, ensure seamless delivery and maximize client satisfaction.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge about Ayming's offers and services to answer clients' questions and constantly assess market conditions and trends.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum Baccalaureate in commerce, sales, economy or any related field

  • At least 24 months of experience in sales, consulting, business development or any related field

  • Driver's license

  • 37.5 hours / week

  • Day work

  • English oral and written

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $40.06 per hour
