Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base and increasing revenue through strategic sales initiatives. Duties

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research
  • Conduct B2B sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively, ensuring mutual satisfaction
  • Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools such as Salesforce to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing and outreach plans to expand market reach
  • Engage in telemarketing activities to generate leads and follow up on potential clients
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns for business development
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and technological advancements relevant to sales efforts
  • Work closely with technical teams to understand product specifications for technical or technology sales

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales roles, preferably in B2B, technology, or technical sales environments
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-value deals
  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing sales activities
  • Ability to conduct inside sales via phone, email, and virtual meetings effectively
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies related to sales growth and customer engagement
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a professional demeanor
  • Demonstrated ability to develop business relationships and foster long-term partnerships
  • Strong business development acumen with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities
