Account Executive, Ticket Sales

Overall Responsibilities
Account Executive, Ticket Sales & Service will be responsible for day-to-day ticket department and account support. The primary focus is supporting the growth of ticket sales, retention of ticket members and providing overall fan and customer service needs of our fanbase through email/phone communications and other customer service, sales and administrative initiatives.
Essential Functions And Responsibilities
The expectation is that the candidate will be active and responsible for the following areas:
- Striving to succeed and surpass ticket targets, both individually and group-based
- Prospect, engage and close group sales, season seat sales, flex packs, promotional packs and premium experiences through targeted prospecting, meetings, and networking channels
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Administration and growth of Forge Faithful membership program
- Account Management in ticketing system (Archtics) and CRM system (Salesforce)
- Be an outstanding ambassador for Forge FC and represent the club in a professional and positive manner
- Work closely with Ticket Operations department to ensure accurate fulfillment of all ticket transactions
- Participate in various Ticketing team and community events as assigned
- Maintain accurate records in support of ticket sales and service and CRM efforts as defined by the organization
- Actively participate in Forge gameday experience attend all Forge FC home games and and will also assume other job function related duties not specifically defined in this offer as assigned by the candidate's direct report
- Attend additional club events throughout the year
Measurements of Success
- Achieved or surpassed Ticketing team revenue goals
- Accountable to individual results
- Provide customer service to fanbase in an efficient manner (response within 24 hours)
- Actively participating in all ticket sales team meetings and events
Qualifications (knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Experience)
Job Specific Skills and Abilities:
- Passionate about the sport of soccer in Canada
- Must be a great communicator
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Has the ability to create, develop and nurture relationships
- Positive and outgoing mindset
- Customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Is self-motivated and gets out of bed every day excited about coming to work and providing a great experience for our fans
Education And Experience
- Minimum 2-3 years applied customer service/sales experience
- Post-secondary degree/diploma in marketing, business, sports administration, or other related disciplines an asset
Other Considerations
- Will be required to work all home games, as well as weekends and evenings when necessary
- Always required to have access to a vehicle
