Must have dental experience and knowledge .We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving business development initiatives, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a proactive approach to analyzing market trends and negotiating contracts while effectively communicating with clients to understand their needs. As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in fostering long-term partnerships and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Utilize Salesforce to track account activities, manage leads, and analyze sales performance.
- Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and research.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client objectives.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.
- Prepare regular reports on account status, sales forecasts, and market insights for management review.
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members as needed.
Skills
- Proven experience in account management or business development roles.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software.
- Ability to analyze market data and identify growth opportunities.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients at all levels.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- A results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on sales performance and client satisfaction.
