We're looking for a Senior Account Executive who brings both experience and relationships to the table. The ideal candidate is a proven sales professional with active client relationships and a strong track record in advanced technical and managed service solutions. You'll own the full sales cycle - from prospecting and relationship development to proposal creation and deal closure - while collaborating closely with our internal RFP and technical solution teams. This is a strategic, high-impact role for a self-starter who can open new doors, expand DependableIT's presence across Canada, and help shape the next phase of our growth.

Important Information:
Base Salary: $85,000–$100,000 CAD
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $140,000–$180,000+ CAD (uncapped commission)
Location: Hybrid (Hamilton, ON) – travel as required

Working as a Senior Account Executive, You Will:
Drive new client acquisition within the Canadian market, leveraging existing relationships and networks.
Manage complex sales cycles from initial outreach through to contract negotiation and closure.
Collaborate with internal RFP, finance, and technical teams to develop winning proposals and pricing models.
Build long-term, trusted relationships with client executives and decision-makers.
Represent DependableIT at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
Maintain a strong understanding of managed services, technical support, and outsourcing models.
Accurately forecast pipeline, sales activity, and revenue performance.
Working as a Senior Account Executive, You Should Have:
7+ years of B2B sales experience in managed services, IT outsourcing, or BPO.
Demonstrated success closing large, multi-year contracts with enterprise or mid-market clients.
Active client relationships that can generate new opportunities.
Deep understanding of service delivery models and consultative, solution-based selling.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and executive-level communication skills.
Self-motivated, strategic, and highly accountable.
