With a growing economy, a lower cost of living than the Lower Mainland, and no long commutes, Kamloops is the ideal spot to settle in and stay long-term.

What We Offer:

The right candidate will bring a balance of operational know-how and leadership strength, someone who can motivate, coach, and hold others accountable while creating an environment of respect, growth, and success.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead, mentor, and coach production and yard teams, fostering accountability and high performance.
  • Set clear expectations and ensure all employees understand what to do, how to do it, and why it matters.
  • Oversee daily production operations, ensuring schedules, safety, and quality standards are consistently met.
  • Monitor progress, address bottlenecks, and collaborate cross-departmentally to maintain efficient workflow.
