Compensation: $76K–$80K. Full time, Monday to Friday

- Consistent Monday–Friday schedule (8-hour shifts) with occasional overtime
The Role:
This is a senior, client-focused position responsible for managing key accounts, growing new business, and ensuring successful project execution from start to finish. You'll collaborate closely with our design, production, and logistics teams while maintaining strong partnerships with customers.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Manage an assigned portfolio of customers and accounts.
- Provide inside and outside sales support, including site visits.
- Prepare and deliver accurate pricing and proposals.
- Read and interpret construction drawings & specifications.
- Coordinate project details between internal departments.
- Build long-term, trust-based relationships.
- Identify growth opportunities and contribute to sales strategy.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in construction sales, building materials, or manufacturing.
- Strong account management and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to read and understand architectural or engineered drawings.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving ability.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Microsoft Office proficiency; ERP/CRM experience preferred
- Professional presence and collaborative attitude
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
Location Requirement:
- Position based in Kamloops, BC.
- Hybrid flexibility available depending on experience and integration.
