The Lux Loo Portable Restrooms Ltd. is seeking an experienced Operation Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. Operations Manager – The Lux Loo Portable Restrooms (Kamloops, BC)

Join our team at The Lux Loo – the Thompson-Okanagan's premium portable restroom and septic service company. We're looking for a hands-on, motivated Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, manage our growing team, and ensure exceptional service standards.

About the Role:

As Operations Manager, you'll lead all aspects of business operations — from scheduling and fleet management to client relations and financial oversight. You'll help drive efficiency, maintain compliance, and uphold The Lux Loo's reputation for reliability and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of portable restroom and septic services
  • Manage scheduling, routing, and customer service for residential and commercial accounts
  • Supervise and support staff, ensuring safety and productivity
  • Monitor equipment maintenance and inventory
  • Assist in handling invoicing and reporting using Jobber and QuickBooks
  • Support business development and operational improvements
  • Ensure compliance with environmental and transportation regulations
  • Does not mind pumping a septic or toilet when required

Qualifications:

  • Class 1 or Class 3 Driver's License (A huge asset)
  • Portable restroom and septic service knowledge or experience (required)
  • Management or supervisory experience in a related industry (preferred)
  • Experience with Jobber and QuickBooks (an asset)
  • Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment

Compensation:

  • Competitive industry-standard wage: $75,000 – $95,000 annually, depending on experience

Based in Kamloops, BC, serving surrounding communities in the Thompson-Okanagan region.
