Project Coordinator | Inside Sales Support – Entry Level Growth Role

Location: Kamloops, BC (In-House Preferred | Hybrid Flexibility Available

Compensation: $60K–$75K. Full time, Monday to Friday

The Role:

As our Project Coordinator, you'll play a key supporting role within our sales and customer service team. You'll help manage inquiries, prepare quotes, coordinate project details, and ensure communication runs smoothly between customers and internal departments.

This role is perfect for someone who loves construction, enjoys being organized, and thrives in a team setting.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Support Account Managers with calls, emails, walk-ins, and customer inquiries
  • Prepare pricing quotes with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Coordinate details with design, production, and logistics teams
  • Track communication, schedules, and updates
  • Assist with general sales coordination and follow-ups
  • Participate in occasional site or virtual project reviews

What You Bring:

  • Experience in project coordination, construction support, inside sales, or customer service
  • Interest in building materials, construction, or design
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Professional, proactive, team-oriented mindset
  • Microsoft Excel/Outlook experience; ERP/CRM experience an asset
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada

Location Requirement:

  • Position based in Kamloops, BC.
