We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Customer Service, Accounting Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounts payable, performing data entry. This role requires proficiency in software, including Sage 50, Microsoft Products. The Customer Service, Accounting Technician will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate records and supporting the operations of the organization.

Duties

  • Process accounts payable transactions in a timely manner.
  • Perform accurate data entry for financial records and transactions.
  • Utilize accounting software such as Sage 50 for various accounting functions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial information.
  • Maintain organized records of all financial documents and transactions.
  • Support our team with special projects as needed.
  • Customer Service when required.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in accounts payable or similar accounting roles.
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Customer Service as required.
