Job Description:

We are hiring a Senior Business Analyst with experience in Wealth / Investment / Asset Management environments. In this role, you will partner with Advisors, Portfolio Management teams, Operations, and Technology to enhance core wealth platforms and improve front-office workflows.

What You'll Work On:

  • Enhancing platforms used by Advisors and Portfolio Managers
  • Supporting workflows across portfolio construction, trading, reporting, accounts
  • Gathering requirements, documenting user stories, and coordinating enhancements
  • Improving operational processes and advisor productivity

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience as a Business Analyst within Wealth Management (required)
  • Exposure to Portfolio or Advisory workflows
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder-facing experience
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear system requirements
