Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Impact Business Analyst with strong expertise in Broadridge Impact and post-trade processing for Fixed Income products. The ideal candidate will act as a functional consultant, bridging business requirements and technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Impact – Broadridge projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design functional solutions aligned with post-trade workflows.
  • Support implementation, testing, and validation of Impact functionalities.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on Fixed Income post-trade processing and settlement.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years as a Functional Consultant or Senior Lead on Impact – Broadridge projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Fixed Income post-trade processing (trade capture, settlement, clearing).
  • Experience in requirement gathering, functional design, and end-to-end testing.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance in capital markets.
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies and SDLC processes.
