Join our team as the Manager, Strategic Partnerships (Insurance and Affinity Programs) In this role you'll develop, manage, and optimize our Affinity and Insurance initiatives to drive revenue growth, strength our brand awareness, and enhance the patient experience.

You'll work directly with existing partners while expanding our network of new partnerships, with a focus on Canada's leading insurance providers, large insurance brokerage firms, and large employers.

Reporting to the VP, Strategic Partnerships, you'll work closely with the Senior Leadership Team and Strategic Support Units to develop and support the execution of partnership strategies and day to day operations that align with FYihealth's mission of enhancing lives and improving access to eye care.

What Will You Be Doing?
Business Development & Partner Growth

  • Identifying and qualifying new partnership opportunities with insurers, employers, associations, and brokerage groups
  • Developing educational material for insurers, brokers, benefit managers and employees with support from marketing
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing partners, supporting joint marketing, communication, and patient engagement initiatives to showcase the value of eye health and improve access to eye care
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with the VP, Strategic Partnerships and marketing resources to execute on initiatives that expand FYihealth's network of Affinity and Insurance partners
  • Assisting in preparing presentations, proposals, and partnership summaries to showcase FYihealth's value proposition
  • Coordinate partner meetings, follow-ups, and pipeline tracking to ensure timely execution of initiatives
  • Supporting the negotiation and renewal of agreements under senior leadership guidance, ensuring partnerships deliver mutual value and align with FYihealth's objectives

Program Coordination & Administration

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of existing Affinity and Insurance programs, ensuring smooth execution and partner satisfaction
  • Collaborating with SSUs (Marketing, Legal, Finance, IT) to coordinate program deliverables, reporting, and communications
  • Coordinating the creation and distribution of partner materials, campaign assets, and discount communications
  • Partnering with the Business Intelligence team to track KPIs, participation rates, and partner engagement, preparing regular dashboards and insights for leadership
  • Maintaining databases, contracts, and dashboards to ensure accurate and accessible information

Data, Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Gathering and analyzing program data to assess adoption, engagement, and financial performance
  • Providing insights and recommendations to improve program ROI, partner satisfaction, and operational efficiency
  • Monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory updates to identify new partnership and innovation opportunities
  • Documenting and refining standard processes to support scalability and continuous improvement across programs

Collaboration & Culture

  • Partnering cross-functionally to align partnership activities with FYihealth's strategic objectives
  • Contributing to a culture of collaboration, innovation, and patient-centricity

As The Successful Candidate You Have

  • 5+ years' experience in business development, partnership management or related field - ideally within the insurance healthcare sectoror other similar sectors
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication or related filed (equivalent experience considered)
  • Demonstrated ability to generate and nurture business relationships that drive measurable results
  • Proven track record in prospecting, lead generation, and converting partnership opportunities into long-term collaborations
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills with the ability to convey value propositions effectively
  • Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM or project management tools e.g.,
  • A proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to guide and inform all organizational levels while explaining complex topics clearly and tactfully
  • Bilingualism English and French is considered an asset
