Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing various administrative tasks, supporting team management, and facilitating effective communication across departments. This position is essential for maintaining an efficient work environment and providing excellent support to both staff and clients.

Duties

  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere at the front desk.
  • Manage clerical tasks including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Utilize QuickBooks for financial record-keeping, including payroll processing and vendor management.
  • Assist in training development initiatives to enhance team performance and productivity.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and external partners to foster collaboration.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for staff as needed.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Support management with administrative tasks related to team management and project coordination.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position within an office environment.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks is preferred; familiarity with other accounting software is a plus.
  • Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with diverse teams.
  • Experience in training development or team management is highly desirable.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
