The Role

We're looking for an Office Administrator who loves making things run smoothly, the person who keeps the team organized, the office humming, and our leadership supported as we push toward major milestones.

This isn't a traditional admin role. You'll be part of a small, high-trust team where your ideas matter, your initiative is valued, and your organizational superpowers will help propel a company shaping Canada's clean-energy future.

What You'll Do

Keep our Calgary office running like a well-oiled machine - supplies, vendors, facilities, you've got it coveredSupport experienced executives with scheduling, coordination, travel, and expense managementHelp prepare investor materials and assist with shareholder communicationsAdd your touch to marketing activities for the Thor Project and other initiativesAct as central contact point for employees, clients, suppliers and visitorsAssist with the administrative components of projects, including document preparation, data entry, reporting and coordinationBuild and maintain tidy, efficient corporate filing and documentation systemsCoordinate IT support and get new team members set up for successHandle basic bookkeeping tasks in QuickBooksSupport HR tasks, onboarding as well as compliance documentationCreate a workplace vibe that's positive, professional, and energizing
