Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing and optimizing paid media campaigns, creating compelling content, analyzing performance data to drive ROI, and implementing conversion rate optimization techniques. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with creative and technical teams, conducting market research, generating leads, and maintaining client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies
  • Proficiency in paid media management and optimization (e.g., digital marketing, SEO, PPC)
  • Strong content creation and creative skills (e.g., writing, storytelling, ad design)
  • Analytical skills to interpret performance data and drive ROI (e.g., data analysis, data-driven decision making)
  • Experience in conversion rate optimization (e.g., CRO, ASO, funnel optimization)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Previous experience in a growth marketing agency or similar environment is a plus
  • Familiarity with AI and technology in marketing is advantageous
