Virtual Appointment Setting Specialist
to book qualified meetings for our clients and internal sales team.
If you're organized, great with communication, and love talking to people, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Book
qualified appointments
for our clients and internal sales team via phone, email, and social media (e.g. LinkedIn). - Follow up
with leads who have shown interest and move them to the next step in the sales process. - Use scripts and guidelines while still sounding natural and professional.
- Qualify leads
based on criteria we provide (industry, budget, decision-maker, etc.). - Manage calendars, send invites, and ensure all appointments are
properly scheduled and confirmed
. - Keep our
CRM and tracking sheets up to date
with notes, lead status, and next steps. - Report daily/weekly on number of calls, messages, booked meetings, and show-up rates.
- Collaborate with our internal team to improve scripts, outreach angles, and messaging.
Requirements
- Experience as a Virtual Assistant, Appointment Setter, SDR, or similar role
(preferred but not mandatory if you're highly motivated). - Comfortable with
outreach and follow-ups
via calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media. - Strong
written and spoken English
. - Good with tools like
Google Workspace
, basic CRM systems, spreadsheets, and calendar tools (Google Calendar, Outlook, etc.). - Detail-oriented
and organized — you don't miss follow-ups or appointments. - Reliable internet connection and a quiet place to work.
- Self-motivated, comfortable working
independently in a remote environment
.
