Role Purpose

To build STAPL's brand presence across digital marketing channels through engaging content.

Key Responsibilities

Art Direction & Content Creation


• Edit and create content for TikTok, Instagram, and Klaviyo (Email)


• Develop behind-the-scenes moments, product highlights, and campaign teasers


• Edit and upload Stories, Reels, and TikToks in line with the marketing and social calendar


• Light graphic design across stories, text overlays, and promotional assets


• Format video and image content for different platforms


• Be a digital native with an understanding of how to speak our customer's language on social platforms

Ecommerce


• Upload new product imagery and update product pages on Shopify


• Assist with product descriptions, tagging, and site merchandising


• Support ad hoc tasks including order fulfillment (Vancouver-based only)

Customer Service


• Respond to customer queries across website, email, and social

Commitment

Part-time: 15–25 hours per week, with flexibility.

Skills


• Able to navigate across timezones (Canada & Australia)


• Proficiency with Klaviyo, TikTok, and Instagram


• Graphic design, video editing, and social media experience desirable
