Google & Facebook Ads Manager

Buzz Marketing is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Facebook and Google Ads Manager to join our talented team at our offices in downtown Kelowna B.C. As the Ads Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing innovative digital advertising campaigns that drive brand visibility, engagement, and conversions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand the status of all day-to-day marketing operations of the Employer, including the efforts for: Google advertising clients, Facebook advertising clients, social media marketing clients and branding clients.
Develop comprehensive advertising strategies tailored to clients' goals and target audiences, leveraging both Facebook and Google Ads platforms.
Create, optimize, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Google Ads, including ad copy, creative assets, and targeting.
Effectively manage ad budgets, allocate resources strategically, and monitor campaign performance to maximize ROI.
Conduct regular performance analysis, A/B testing, and data-driven insights to refine and improve advertising strategies continually.
Maintain open and clear communication with clients, providing regular updates on campaign performance and insights.
Organize and manage your workflow and daily duties.
Maintain correct use of the company's systems and processes.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging advertising technologies to ensure cutting-edge campaign execution.
Support and back-fill the team in areas where the Employer has overflow work that suits your skill set.
Qualifications:
Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Relevant certifications in Google Ads and social media marketing are a plus.
Demonstrated expertise in planning, implementing, and optimizing successful Facebook and Google Ads campaigns.
Proficiency in navigating and utilizing the full potential of Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms.
Exceptional analytical skills, with a keen ability to extract actionable insights from campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
Outstanding communication and client relationship management skills, ensuring clear, transparent, and productive interactions.
Innovative thinking and a knack for conceiving and executing creative ad concepts that resonate with target audiences.
Proficiency with relevant ad creative tools and a strong command of reporting and analytics platforms to measure and enhance campaign performance.
Soft Skills:
Effectively manage deadlines, tasks, and multiple projects in the fast-paced marketing agency environment.
Make well-reasoned decisions based on available data and analysis to create effective marketing strategies.
Identify and prioritize tasks based on importance and urgency, ensuring prompt attention to critical projects.
Work independently, taking ownership of projects and proactively contributing to team goals. Convey ideas, collaborate with team members, and interact with clients through clear and concise communication.
