JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a talented and experienced Content Creator & Social Media Specialist to join our team and enhance our digital brand presence. In this hybrid role, you will leverage your expertise in multimedia content creation, social media management, and digital advertising to develop engaging videos, reels, and posts tailored for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. You will collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with brand standards, optimize assets for maximum engagement, and manage the content calendar to deliver a consistent flow of promotional, educational, and industry-relevant content. Your proactive approach and creative expertise will be key in meaningful engagement and producing impactful content that captures attention and builds lasting connections.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Content Design & Development

  • Create engaging, high-quality multimedia on-brand content such as reels, stories, and short videos optimized for various platforms.
  • Collaborate with marketing team to ensure all content aligns with brand standards, quality requirements, and strategic objectives.
  • Edit and optimize multimedia assets for different formats, ensuring optimal performance and engagement across channels such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok etc.
  • Manage the content development pipeline, including filming, editing, and post-production as needed.

Social Media & Digital Platform Management

  • Oversee daily publishing schedules, ensuring timely posting of content across all relevant platforms, including Instagram, Facebook and others.
  • Manage and grow social communities through meaningful interactions – responding promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries to foster active engagement and build brand loyalty.
  • Curate a dynamic content calendar that balances promotional posts, educational content, user-generated content, and industry trends to ensure a diverse and engaging feed.
  • Ensure all advertisements comply with platform policies and best practices, minimizing risks of ad disapproval and account suspension.
  • Regularly analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization.

Digitial Advertising & Campaign Management

  • Collaborate on campaign themes, creative concepts, and messaging tailored audience segments and campaign goals.
  • Support special promotions, product launches, events and seasonal campaigns through strategic content optimization.

Collaboration & Strategy

  • Stay informed on the latest social media, video, and content marketing trends.
  • Use  to manage marketing projects, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Proactively suggest new ideas to elevate our content and media presence.

All other related reasonable duties and responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in multichannel marketing strategies, including social media, paid advertising and email marketing.
  • Proficiency or familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Later, Sprout Social, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience managing social media platforms and content calendar management.
  • Strong analytical skills with Google Analytics and campaign reporting.
  • Prior experience or background in the medical aesthetics or wellness industry is highly preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong organizational ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
