Job Title: Administrative Coordinator
Location: Sea to Sky Region, BC (Hybrid – Remote and In-Person Meetings)
Employment Type: Full-Time, flexible hours
Organization: Sea to Sky Division of Family Practice
About Us:
The Sea to Sky Division of Family Practice is a non-profit organization that brings together family physicians and healthcare partners to strengthen primary care in our communities. We support local physicians with professional development, system navigation, and collaborative planning to improve patient care and access.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, webinars, and events for staff and partners
- Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and distribute supporting materials
- Support basic bookkeeping
- Maintain up-to-date contact lists, calendars, and shared filing systems
- Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and communications
- Monitor timelines for projects and deliverables across multiple funding streams
- Communicate with physicians, allied health providers and community partners
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of administrative or coordination experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is preferable
- Experience with basic finance and bookkeeping
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Comfortable with cloud-based platforms like Microsoft Office 365, Zoom, and shared drives
- Knowledge of BC's healthcare system is an asset
- Experience working in rural or Indigenous communities is an asset
Hours and Compensation:
- Full-time, flexible hours
- Hourly wage: $28–$32, depending on experience
