**JOB SUMMARY**:
Under the direction of the Director of Operations, the role will focus on organizational administration. The Administrative Coordinator will work collaboratively with our leadership, frontline, maintenance, and volunteer management team.

The position will be primarily office-based.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Populating, organizing and digitizing personnel and human resources files, training plans, and company records.
- Organizing and monitoring employee training plans and schedules.
- Identifying individual/collective gaps in training.
- Identifying, scheduling and coordinating new training sessions with skilled and credible leaders.
- Ensuring records are intact and up to date.

**SKILLS AND ABILITIES**:

- Comfortable working on a computer (MS Office, Google Suite).
- Proficient using a scanner and printer.
- Capable of engaging with team members and participants in a warm and professional way.

**EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to proactively address potential issues.
- Collaborative working style and team-player attitude.
- Ability to work independently.
- Highly motived with a strong work ethic.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and committed to the team’s success.
- Ability to prioritize tasks.

Pay: $25.55 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
