**About Us**:
The **Sea to Sky Division of Family Practice** is a non-profit organization that brings together family physicians and healthcare partners to strengthen primary care in our communities. We support local physicians with professional development, system navigation, and collaborative planning to improve patient care and access.

**Primary Care Networks (PCNs)** are a provincial initiative developed in partnership between the Ministry of Health, local Divisions of Family Practice, and regional health authorities. PCNs aim to improve access to team-based, comprehensive, and culturally safe primary care. In the Sea to Sky region, the PCN brings together family doctors, nurse practitioners, allied health professionals, and community organizations to design services that meet local needs.

**About the Role**:
Reporting to both the PCN Manager and the Division Executive Director, this role suits an individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills, is exceptionally organized and brings strong bookkeeping experience. The position is responsible for managing the scheduling, coordination and minute taking for various committee meetings, basic bookkeeping and budget management, reconciliation and reporting. This position is the ‘glue’ of the team, supporting strong communications and efficient operations for a growing team dedicated to improving access to care for the communities they serve.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and schedule meetings, webinars, and event logistics
- Provide administrative support including vendor, supplies and equipment management; IT support liaising with IT provider; insurance renewals
- Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and distribute supporting materials
- Track and report on PCN budget expenditures and sessional payments
- Support basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or other accounting tools
- Management of contracts, invoices, expenses, accounts payable and receivable
- Monitor timelines for projects and deliverables across multiple funding streams
- Maintain up-to-date contact lists, databases, calendars, and shared filing systems
- Assist with preparing reports, presentations, drafting and dissemination of internal and external communications
- Liaise with physicians, allied health providers, community partners, and Ministry representatives
- Perform other duties as required.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 years of administrative or coordination experience, preferably in a healthcare, non-profit, or public sector setting
- Strong technology skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 including Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data validation), Outlook
- Experience with basic finance and bookkeeping tasks; QuickBooks proficiency preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized self starter with strong attention to detail, accuracy and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Comfortable with cloud-based platforms like MS Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, Mailchimp, and shared drives
- Knowledge of BC’s healthcare system, particularly Primary Care Networks, is an asset
- Experience working in rural or Indigenous communities is considered a strong asset
- Demonstrated commitment to cultural humility.

**Hours and Compensation**:

- Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, typically Monday - Friday, with occasional evening or weekend meetings
- Hourly wage**:$28-$32**, depending on experience
