**General description**:
We are a growing team and we each wear several hats, but we are listing the most prominent job duties for this new role. Your and our team’s strengths may dictate which ones you get to work on more and which ones less. You would be interacting directly with our internal team daily and some communication with our clients. We are looking for someone with aptitude, attitude, drive and a willingness to learn new technologies and processes. We are a small group who enjoys open communication and a collaborative team environment. **Responsibilities**:

- Communicate process, policies, and procedures - Maintain and update new processes, SOPs and other documentation to various online platforms
- Assist with our vScreening process
- Coordinate scheduling - Set up meetings based on availability using Microsoft Outlook and our industry specific software (PSA) called ConnectWise Manage
- Assist with software tools administration
- Facilitate executive-level operations - Book travel, submit expense reports and send communications for staff

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma required
- 1-2 years’ experience in an HR, administrative or customer service role preferred
- Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment
- Resourcefulness, creativity, and problem-solving skill set
- Exceptional writing skills for documentation of action items and end-user communication
- Team player, ready to dive into a diverse team of talented people
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Taking ownership of action items
- Ability to develop relationships with clients
- Excellent time management skills
- Following and creating written processes
- Technical aptitude

**HR Information**:

- $17 - $20/hour; negotiable with experience
