The ideal Administrative Assistant/Steri Bay Assistant for our team enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently.

SCHEDULE:

  • 32+ hours per week
  • Days of the week -M-F – occasional Saturday may be required in the future

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • No experience necessary
  • 1 year of experience as a Dental Administrator/Administrative Assistant is preferred
  • Completion of a Dental Administration Program/Certificate is an asset
  • Experience with dental practice management software such as Dentrix is considered an asset
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
  • Customer service mindset
