About the Role
The Administrator will be the backbone of our daily operations — handling administrative duties, coordinating schedules, supporting sales and service teams, and ensuring the office runs efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety in their work, and takes pride in being the go-to person who keeps everything organized.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative operations, including emails, calls, and office correspondence
- Support scheduling and coordination of service appointments and installations
- Assist with order processing, invoicing, and maintaining accurate records
- Maintain and update customer databases and project tracking systems
- Coordinate communication between clients, suppliers, and internal teams
- Handle inventory tracking and office supply management
- Support HR and bookkeeping tasks as needed (training provided if required)
- Ensure the office environment remains organized, professional, and efficient
Qualifications
- 2+ years of administrative or office management experience (preferred in a small business or service environment)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and general computer literacy
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
