**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to help develop our administrative infrastructure from the ground up. We are relatively new company that is experiencing strong growth. This position requires basic booking skills, proficiency in Google Suite, and experience in customer support and scheduling. The ability to sell, could result in additional attractive commissions.

**Duties**
- Provide administrative and bookkeeping support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Manage incoming calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Coordinate communication between staff, vendors and clients.
- Maintain an organized filing system for easy retrieval of information.
- Assist with other clerical and sales assistant duties as needed.

**Experience**
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with the special events business or previous work with BIAs.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent customer support skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $21.38-$22.42 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week

Additional pay:

- Commission pay
