Marketing Specialist

What You'll Do

As our Marketing Specialist, you'll be part of our marketing team and play a key role in driving our growth, creating campaigns that inspire and connect with customers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Research market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor moves to guide smart marketing plans.
  • Develop creative, data-driven campaigns across digital, social, email, and traditional channels.
  • Design and produce engaging marketing materials — from social posts and ads to videos and email newsletters.
  • Keep our brand active and consistent across Google, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and more.
  • Track campaign performance, analyse results, and make improvements.
  • Collaborate with our New Zealand team to align on sales, product launches, and promotions.
  • Coordinate with agencies and partners for marketing events and special campaigns.
  • Support website marketing with fresh content and product updates.

What You'll Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in retail. Furniture experience is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with
    Google, Facebook, TikTok

, and other key platforms.
- Proven skills in content creation — photography, video editing, and reels.
- Strong copywriting for multiple channels.
- A track record of creating and delivering successful marketing strategies.
- Analytical thinking — comfortable reading reports and turning data into action.
- Great communication skills and a knack for building strong relationships.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage projects confidently — while also collaborating effectively with the team.
