The Role

We're hiring a
Performance Marketing Manager
to own the
execution and performance
of marketing initiatives across client accounts.

This role is ideal for someone with
5+ years of real marketing experience
who can confidently run campaigns, spot issues early, and deliver clean, accurate work without constant oversight.

You'll work across multiple performance marketing channels, collaborate with specialists when needed, and help implement more efficient, AI-supported workflows as we grow.

This role is supported by an account manager. Your focus is
execution and performance
, with direct client communication centred on results, reporting, and technical clarity (not relationship management).

What You'll Do

  • Execute and manage client marketing campaigns end-to-end
  • Monitor performance and make informed adjustments
  • Work across SEO, paid media, and other performance channels, prioritizing measurable results
  • Use data to diagnose issues and improve outcomes
  • Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams
  • Maintain high standards for accuracy, clarity, and presentation
  • Follow documented processes, create new ones, and help improve them

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years hands-on marketing experience (agency or freelance)
  • Confident execution across multiple performance channels
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Extremely detail-oriented errors don't slip through
  • Comfortable working in structured, process-driven environments
  • Curious and adaptable, especially with new tools and AI workflows
  • Accountable, proactive, and self-directed
