Marketing Specialist
We are an amazing team that has been empowered to grow Western's business by building its brand and changing the way our customers interact with their insurance.

Here is what a typical day looks like

  • Handle and prioritize branch marketing requests across multiple teams or locations
  • Manage and track nominal budgets allocated for local marketing initiatives
  • Liaise with branch teams to coordinate and implement new marketing strategies
  • Oversee organizational aspects of sponsorships, including planning and execution
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Deliver and execute creative marketing materials and campaigns

The value you bring

  • 4+ years of prior marketing experience and related post-secondary education
  • Experience in managing marketing budgets
  • Experience coordinating sponorships, including planning, execution and stakeholder communication
  • Excellent communicator and proven experience building relationships with internal teams and external partners
  • Creative execution experience including working with design teams to deliver marketing assets

Hours: Full time, permanent hours/weekly

Location: Remote, Canada

Salary Range: $76,000 - $90,000
