We are a fast-growing short-term rental management company looking for hands on operation manager with experience in short-term rentals or Hotel operations to help run daily operations across 150+ apartments.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day guest communications
  • Solve issues during reservations (check-in, maintenance, complaints, etc.)
  • Manage communications team & maintenance team
  • Coordinate cleaners, turnovers, and property readiness
  • Ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations across all listings

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong communication & problem-solving skills
  • Experience in hospitality, property management, or customer service
  • Ability to stay organized while managing many tasks
  • Calm under pressure and excellent with guests
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to make decisions independently

Position: Full-time

Location: Downtown Toronto

Compensation: Based on experience
