As we continue to expand our short-term rental portfolio, we are looking to add dedicated Airbnb Cleaning Specialists who understand the importance of speed, detail, and reliability in guest turnovers.

Overview

As an Airbnb Cleaner at The Nestly Co., you will be responsible for preparing short-term rental properties between guest stays to a guest-ready standard. This role is ideal for someone with prior Airbnb or hotel cleaning experience who can work efficiently within tight timelines while maintaining high attention to detail.

You will follow structured Airbnb-specific SOPs and checklists to ensure every turnover meets quality expectations. This role is separate from residential recurring cleans and focuses specifically on short-term rental properties.

Duties

  • Perform full Airbnb turnover cleanings between guest check-outs and check-ins
  • Clean and sanitize bathrooms and kitchens thoroughly
  • Vacuum and mop floors using proper techniques (edges, corners, under furniture)
  • Wipe and reset surfaces, furniture, and high-touch areas
  • Remove garbage and reset the space to guest-ready condition
  • Make beds and change linens where applicable
  • Follow Nestly Co.'s Airbnb cleaning SOPs and checklists strictly
  • Take required before/after photos for quality verification
  • Work efficiently within assigned time windows
  • Report damages, missing items, or concerns to management immediately

Qualifications

  • Previous Airbnb or hotel cleaning experience required
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot missed areas
  • Ability to work under time pressure without compromising quality
  • Comfortable following checklists and structured cleaning systems
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
  • Reliable transportation to job sites
  • Professional and respectful attitude

Job Type

  • Part-time / On-call
  • Weekdays with occasional weekends based on bookings
