Inside Sales Representative
who embodies that same mindset.
The Opportunity
This is more than a desk-based sales role.
As our
Inside Sales Representative
, you'll be the trusted voice connecting customers, distributors, and our internal teams. You'll help manage inbound and outbound sales activities, nurture long-term relationships, and make sure every order, from quote to delivery, runs smoothly.
You'll partner closely with our Territory Sales Manager, our
Sales Manager
and
Customer Service Representatives
to make sure promises made to customers are promises kept.
What You'll Do
- Build meaningful relationships with distributors, contractors, and key customers
- Respond to inquiries with accurate product details, pricing, and lead times
- Follow up on quotes, samples, and proposals, turning opportunities into sales
- Keep our CRM up to date with notes, activity, and pipeline health
- Prepare accurate quotes and coordinate smooth order hand-offs to Customer Service
- Support distributor onboarding, promotions, and performance reviews
- Collaborate with Operations and Finance to ensure alignment on orders and terms
- Share market feedback to help shape our sales strategy
Who You Are
You're a confident, relationship-driven sales professional who takes pride in delivering results the right way, through trust, follow-through, and care.
You've likely worked as an
Inside Sales Rep, Account Manager, or Sales Coordinator
in a manufacturing, distribution, or B2B environment. You're comfortable picking up the phone, owning accounts, and helping customers find the right solution, not just the fastest one.

- A positive, persistent, and detail-oriented approach
- Willingness to learn our product line and grow with the company
