Centrally located in Toronto, Canada, Viscor is a division of Leviton Manufacturing's Lighting Business Unit operating in Canada for over 70 years.

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented
Inside Sales Representative / Project Specialist
to join our team. This position supports both sales and project execution, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient coordination of lighting projects from quotation to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Inside Sales

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in English (French would be an asset)
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations and sales orders
  • Maintain strong relationships with outside sales representatives, distributors, agency partners, and internal teams
  • Provide product information and technical support
  • All other related duties as may be assigned

Project Coordination

  • Full cycle project administration - Coordinate lighting projects from order entry to delivery
  • Support outside sales representatives and agency partners
  • Liaise with production, logistics, and engineering teams
  • Monitor timelines and deliverables
  • Ensure accurate documentation and communication to all relevant stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
  • Resolve issues proactively to ensure customer satisfaction
  • All other related duties as may be assigned

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) French would be an asset
  • 2+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or project coordination
  • Experience in the lighting, electrical, or manufacturing industry is an asset
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Location: Full time in-person - 35 Oak Street, North York Ontario M9N1A1

Work Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm
