Role Details:
Reporting to the Coordinator People Services, you will be responsible for providing administration support to the Gold Fields Australia workforce and People team on all employment matters as part of our busy People Services Hub.
This varied role is suited to an individual who is working in Human Resources Administration or a Graduate commencing their career in Human Resources.

This role is offered on a 9-day fortnight roster at our Perth corporate office on a 14-month fixed term, full time basis.

About the role:
- Management of People Services ticketing system requests, email inbox and phone as part of a team to address People queries maintaining a high level of customer service;
- First point of contact for People policy, systems and process queries;
- Managing employee records and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality;
- Initiate SuccessFactors workflows for organisation management, employee movements and employee changes;
- Partner with the Systems teams to identify and troubleshoot HRIS system errors;
- Contribute to various projects and improvements within the People function through innovative thinking and collaborative delivery and other administrative duties as required.
About you:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources or significant process towards prior experience in an HR Administrator role
- Experience with SAP & SuccessFactors will be highly advantageous to your application
- Enjoy working collaboratively within a close-knit team, as well as being proactive with a continuous improvement mindset
- Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- High attention to detail
