We are looking for a
Customer Care Representative
to help grow our business and contribute to our future.

Role
In this opportunity, you will play a key role in supporting customers with accounts under 60 days delinquent by helping them find solutions and maintain their accounts in good standing. In this first-party collections role, you'll communicate with customers by phone and email, arrange payments, update account information, and ensure timely follow-up. This position reports to the Manager, Client Care & Quality Assurance. Other highlights include:

  • Communicating with customers using email and phone calls.
  • Sending and receiving various documents to update accounts.
  • Finding solutions and arranging payment(s).
  • Meeting call and collection targets on a weekly basis.
  • Completing skip tracing tasks as needed.
  • Communicating with clients on updates with accounts.

What You'll Need

  • 1–2 years of administrative or customer service experience is an asset, but not required
  • Bilingualism in French and English is an asset
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • Comfortable using computer software such as Microsoft Office, softphone applications, and CRM systems
