Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Financial Services Administrator located in Stratford, ON. The Financial Services Administrator will be responsible for managing client accounts, processing financial transactions, and providing administrative support to financial advisors. Additional tasks include maintaining client records, preparing financial documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and assisting in financial planning processes. The role requires collaboration with team members and fostering positive client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Strong Financial Planning and Finance skills, including the ability to assist in creating and managing financial plans.
  • Proficient Analytical and Accounting skills to process transactions accurately and manage client accounts effectively.
  • Excellent Communication skills for interacting with clients and team members professionally.
  • Attention to detail and a strong understanding of compliance and regulatory standards in the financial services industry.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools is an asset.
  • Post-secondary education in Finance, Accounting, or related fields is preferred.
