About the Role

As an Account Manager, you'll serve as a strategic partner to high-value clients, guiding their marketing success through expert advice, strong relationships, and measurable results. This client-facing role requires business expertise, digital strategy expertise, and sharp communication skills. You'll own the client relationship end-to-end—from onboarding to retention—while working with cross-functional teams to deliver growth-focused campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Client Growth

  • Serve as a trusted advisor, identifying growth opportunities and offering expert recommendations.
  • Upsell tailored services that align with client needs and drive measurable ROI.

Relationship & Account Management

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with Founders, CEOs, and CMOs.
  • Lead client accounts with precision, accountability, and proactive communication.
  • Prepare and present quarterly reviews, growth roadmaps, and performance insights.

Collaboration & Oversight

  • Coordinate with internal teams (SEO, paid ads, creative, content, web, and CRO) to deliver results.
  • Manage timelines, KPIs, and deliverables with clarity and authority.
  • Anticipate risks, resolve issues before escalation, and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of account management, client success, or consulting experience (agency experience required).
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, paid ads, web, CRO, content).
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio) and project management software (Asana, HubSpot, Google Workspace).
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to connect tactical execution to business outcomes.
  • Driven, organized, resourceful, and comfortable with KPIs and accountability.
