Flynn Canada Ltd, is searching for a Service Account Manager to join our Calgary team The position of 'Service Account Manager' is a skilled role, in which the Account Manager focuses on growing the Service business through building and maintaining relationships. This position is also responsible at times for estimating the cost to supply products and services in order to complete the repairs needed. This position works closely with the service manager in order to keep up to date with the department workload, customer leads and communication within the team. As this role is dedicated to Service operations you will be required to respond to multiple requests and prioritize accordingly
Building strong and long-lasting relationships: Help grow and build our Service business Work with National team to build local presence and assist on local relationships with national clients Communication with existing customers and explain Flynn Service opportunities Regular follow-up on quotes and tenders Attend association, industry, and networking events Plan and attend client meetings in a variety of locations based on interests of the client Work with Local and National team to promote Flynn's brand and services through marketing and social media channels Technical skills and responsibilities: Understand and prepare takeoffs and estimates for assigned jobs in a timely manner Complete work orders, take-offs and estimates in a concise and timely manner Ability to conduct presentations virtually Supporting corporate initiatives and business development objectives What We Are Seeking Strong communication, organizational skills and excellent time management Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced team environment Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships Entrepreneurial spirit and drive to grow the business Experienced in using computer programs specific to this role (MS Office and Bluebeam/AutoCad Clear understanding of contract documents What We Offer Competitive wages and benefits Structured bonus plan RRSP matching Vehicle allowance Great environment where our motto is "Flynn Family Winning Together" On-going career development courses and programs through our in-house Flynn University
