Role Description
This is a full-time, Account Manager role based in Calgary, AB. The Account Manager will oversee client accounts, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction. Responsibilities include maintaining strong client relationships, managing project timelines, collaborating with internal teams, addressing client inquiries, and identifying opportunities for account growth. The role requires proactive communication, organizational excellence, and a solutions-focused mindset to support the needs of clients and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in client relationship management and account oversight
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in the construction, flooring, or related industries is a plus
- Ability to work in Calgary, AB and travel frequently
- Class 5 Drivers license with a clean abstract
