Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Calgary, AB, for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying and addressing client needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing account portfolios, creating service agreements, and collaborating with the internal team to deliver tailored solutions. Proactively meeting sales targets, fostering customer trust, and identifying opportunities to improve client experiences are key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Experience with customer relationship management, sales, and account management
- Ability to create and execute strategic plans to maximize client satisfaction and meet organizational goals
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of audiovisual technology, solutions, and event production services
- Proficiency in client service tools and systems, and the ability to adapt to new technologies
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- A relevant post-secondary degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, or a related field is preferred
