About the Role:

Are you looking to get your foot in the door in the Auto-Financing world?

Northland Kia is looking for a detail-oriented Auto Finance Administrative Assistant to support our finance and sales departments. This position plays a key role in processing finance paperwork, coordinating with lenders, and maintaining compliance with dealership and manufacturer policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and verify all finance and lease paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist the Finance Manager with contracts, payoffs, and warranty registrations.
  • Maintain compliance with all federal, provincial, and dealership regulations.
  • Process payments, deposits, and reconciliations as required.
  • Communicate professionally with customers, lenders, and internal staff.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all finance-related documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in automotive finance, accounting, and/or administrative support preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and dealership DMS (e.g., CDK, Reynolds, Dealertrack) preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework a plus.
