Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Administrator located at our office in Oakville, ON. The Office Administrator will handle day-to-day office operations including emails and phone calls to trades and vendors, helping prepare invoices, and job scheduling.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration tasks
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in common office software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, google drive)
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office management role is an asset
  • Basic accounting knowledge an asset for job expenses tracking
  • Instagram marketing / Wordpress knowledge an asset
