About You: You're an energetic, organized, self-starter and have a passion to provide clients with top notch service. You are organized, a strong multi-tasker and enjoy being on the front line communicating and coordinating with clients and team members. You enjoy interacting with new people and are able to build strong relationships quicker than most people.
Job Description: We are seeking an organized, friendly, capable receptionist to join our team. This position will be responsible for taking incoming phone calls, emails, and messages from our clients, recording important details in our tracking software, and coordinating with our admin, project, and service teams. If you have a strong work ethic, excellent organization and communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional service, we want to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering the main office phone line in a friendly and professional manner.
- Reviewing the main office inbox.
- Following up with potential clients to ensure we have all the required information.
- Entering the client and potential job information into our tracking software.
Qualifications:
- Excellent client relations skills and a strong command of the English language.
- Highly organized and able to track multiple clients and potential jobs at the same time.
- Able to receive constructive criticism and maintain a positive attitude.
- Self-starter able to think on their feet and work independently.
- Team player that is not afraid to share thoughts and ideas.
