We are looking for a motivated Front Desk Agent to join our team and help us maintain clean, safe, and eco-friendly facilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and clients with warmth and professionalism.
  • Answer incoming calls and redirect them as needed.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting times.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace and waiting area.
  • Assist with general office tasks and documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in an administrative role.
  • No prior experience required, we are happy to provide training.
