Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our culinary team. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
  • Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including cooking stations and equipment.
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines, ensuring proper food handling practices at all times.
  • Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service hours.
  • Help train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols.
  • Participate in menu planning and development by providing input on seasonal ingredients and dish ideas.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the food industry, preferably in a restaurant setting.
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, including meal preparation and food handling techniques.
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • A passion for cooking and creating delicious meals that delight customers.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
