Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Line Cook role located in Calgary, AB. The Line Cook will manage daily kitchen operations including preparing and presenting high-quality dishes, following recipes accurately, and adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean and organized workstation, collaborating with team members, and ensuring efficient service during busy hours. The ideal candidate will consistently contribute to delivering the exceptional dining experience that Earls Kitchen + Bar is known for.

Qualifications

  • Experience in food preparation, cooking techniques, and recipe execution
  • Knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and kitchen organization
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle high-pressure situations, and manage time effectively
  • Team collaboration, communication, and willingness to receive feedback
  • Passion for the culinary arts and dedication to high-quality food and presentation
  • Prior experience in a restaurant kitchen environment is an asset
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and/or holidays as needed
